Our polypropylene electret melt-blown nonwoven fabric products are known for the fine stability and high filtration efficiency, and widely used in gauze masks, air cleaners and liquid filters et al. We have a great variety of high quality mask filter materials, which could meet requirements of mask filter materials at all levels. Our products could satisfy the standard of NIOSH 42 CFR Part 84, EN149:2001, GB2626-2006, people’s daily use and professional requirements etc. With strong R&D capability, we also provide customized product services for clients center on mask filter materials and air filter materials.
We concentrate on making high quality filter materials, and high lightening the management of products quality. Three automatic filter material testing instruments, two resistance measuring instruments and one on-line gram weight measuring instrument are used to control products quality during the manufacturing process. All technical procedures need to undergo product quality inspection toward key data like gram weight, filtration efficiency and resistance. Each roll of products requires to check two times at least five data before delivery to assure sufficient quality. Every production team equips with special product testers. Every roll of products has a set of data detection record. We have truly lived up to product trace management. We make statistic analysis of all product data at regular intervals, and summarize technical experiences to ensure continuous improvements on products.
By adding self-designed high efficiency electret masterbatch, employing unique melt-blown nonwoven fabric manufacturing technology, and undergoing electrostatic processing through self-designed continuous high efficiency electrostatic electret machines, our products are obviously better than similar products in the market with regard to filtration efficiency, resistance capability, anti-aging capability and other performance indexes. Meanwhile, our melt-blown mask filter materials possess the characteristics of durable filtration efficiency, anti-microbico et al, Our products have passed SGS detection, neither heavy metal/formaldehyde nor other hazardous substances are contained. |
